AGREEMENT

BY CHECKING THE BOX [X] you indicate that you have read and comply with the following requirements for a GROUP/ SHOW OR INDIVIDUAL EXHIBITION at ZANE GREY GALLERY (and/or ONLINE). The Gallery will use all care possible to insure the safety of artwork but under no circumstances will the gallery be held liable for loss, injury or damage done to any artwork on exhibition or durning transport to and from the gallery its after release. Submission of artwork grants permission to photograph artwork for publicity purposes and constitutes acceptance by the artist of all these conditions. (Artist/Gallery Sales Terms Agreement )
